GROUP DISCOUNTS

Yes, you can claim a discount for groups for Tough Guy 2020! See the event page for the code to enter at the payment page.

Teams of 20 or more can claim a special team discount, please email lucie@toughguy.co.uk to claim your discount.

We reserve the right to amend entry fee prices throughout the year and add/remove discounts.

DOES MY PARTICIPATION FEE INCLUDE A CAR PASS?

YES, all Participation Fees do include Onsite Parking, unless stated otherwise. These are sent to you 1 week before the Event Date by Email.

OPTION 1 : REFUND PROTECT (MUST BE PURCHASED UPON ENTERING ONLINE)

Protect your non-refundable booking with Refund Protect for only a small percentage of your entry fee and receive a full refund of your transaction (event entry fee only) if you are unable to attend the event due to an unforeseen circumstance. Some scenarios which are covered, but not limited to:

Accident, Injury
Pre-existing Medical Conditions
Adverse Weather
Scheduled Airline Failure
Private vehicle failure
Pregnancy related conditions
Armed forces & emergency recall
Redundancy
Any emergency circumstance
And many more…

CANCELLATION WITHIN 7 DAYS OF ENTERING ONLINE

YOU CAN RECEIVE A REFUND LESS 10% ADMIN FEE

After the 7 day cooling period NO REFUNDS are possible - we must be fair to all runners.

CANCELLATION UP UNTIL 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT,
YOU CAN POSTPONE YOUR ENTRY FEE PAID TO A FUTURE EVENT

Any difference in the new entry fee will be payable, plus a £10 admin fee.

CANCELLATION LESS THAN 7 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT OR AFTER THE EVENT

CLAIM 50% OF YOUR ENTRY FEE PAID TO USE TOWARDS A FUTURE EVENT.

NAME CHANGES ARE POSSIBLE UP UNTIL 15 DAYS BEFORE THE EVENT

NO NAME CHANGES AFTER THIS TIME (£20.00 ADMIN FEE FOR ALL NAME CHANGES)
